A shared universe lets you light a star and share what weighs on you, what you hope for or what you’re grateful for, for yourself, for someone or for someone who is gone, on its own or inside a group constellation, and keep other people’s stars company with a tap or with fixed phrases. It is not an emergency service, a healthcare service or a psychological support service. It is for people aged 14 and over.
The numbers under “Helplines” and on the help page are public helplines in each country, checked against their official source on the date shown. The page does not call or alert anyone: you dial the number yourself. Numbers can change; if one does not answer, call your country’s emergency number.
What each person writes on their star, in a blog comment or in a suggestion is theirs and their responsibility. Contact details, names or anything that could identify anyone, insults and anything hurtful are not allowed. The owner may delete anything that does not follow this, and whoever sees a star can report it from the star itself.
The blog articles inform and offer company, but they are not medical or psychological advice and are not a substitute for professional help. Every fact has its source; how they are prepared is explained in How I write the articles.
Links to other websites (the articles’ sources and the bodies on the help page) are there so you can check what is said. The owner does not control those websites and is not responsible for what they publish.
The letter to someone who has died is written and kept only on your device: it never reaches the server and the owner cannot read or recover it.
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute about its interpretation will be submitted to the competent courts under the applicable rules; if you are a consumer, those of your place of residence.
In case of doubt, the Spanish version prevails.
